Spellbound is a 4 in 1 base coat. It acts as a ridge filler, a sticky primer, a strengthener, and an undie for sheer polishes. Spellbound expertly smooths out ridges to provide you with the smoothest surface. It makes a great base underneath often unforgiving multichrome polish and powders. Use Spellbound under for a long lasting and durable mani with a smooth look.
