Thinning the Veil is a true iridescent flake topper, these are more bold over white than the flakes in Cotton Candy Clouds (plus different colored flakes over black) and we've added holo microflakes. Over white (or pastels) you will see pink, lime green, teal, purple clear flakes and over black (or dark colors) there are pink, peach, gold, and green flakes.
