I Love Hue - Multichrome Glitter Top Coat

I Love Hue is a multichrome shifting glitter that changes from green to blue to purple to magenta and gold on the far end. You can layer it over any shade, but it's a real show stopper over black or any other dark color. Putting on 2 or more coats will brighten up your manicure so don't be afraid of dark colors with this glitter topper. Swatch shows one coat over O.P.I.'s "Russian Navy".
