Gloaming - Glow in The Dark w/ Multichrome Flakies

Gloaming is a glowy white multichrome that shifts blue/purple/red/orange/gold with black to red multichrome microflakies highlighting the same exact shift as the white multichrome.
Use 2-3 coats for full coverage depending on application, or use 1 coat as a topper over a light pastel color.
GITD info/tips:
If you use over a dark color, the glow in the dark will not glow as long or glow as bright because of how glow pigment works, having a lighter color as an undie will act as a mirror and the pigment will "charge" faster and more efficiently.
